A short, clear message helps us reply faster and more usefully. Whether you are writing about a treatment question, a comment on something you read here, or a suggestion for a topic we should cover, a few details make a big difference.

If your message relates to a dental concern, tell us briefly what you have noticed: which area of the mouth is affected, how long it has been going on, and whether it is constant or comes and goes, for example sensitivity to cold or discomfort when biting.
